How the trial works

  1. 24 hours, everything unlocked. No watermark, no disabled controls, no save limit. The clock starts when you first open the plugin, not when your DAW scans it.
  2. The instruments keep their grooves in. While Loopworm and Drumworm are unactivated you can play, GENERATE, edit and save all day — the only thing that waits for a licence is dragging audio or stems out.
  3. After that it steps aside. The plugin fades out for two seconds every thirty seconds of playback. Annoying on purpose, and completely harmless — an effect fades to your dry signal, never to silence.
  4. One code, all your machines. Activation is offline, so nothing phones home and nothing breaks when you're working without a connection. Earworm is free and never asks for one.

No noise bursts, no beeps, no voice tags. Nothing in a worm can make a sudden loud sound — that rule comes before every feature.

Formats

VST3 and Audio Units. Tested in Ableton Live and Logic Pro. AAX is not supported.

System

macOS 10.13 or later. Universal 2 — one download, native on Apple Silicon and Intel. Signed and notarised by Apple.

Installing

Open the .dmg, run the installer, restart your DAW. In Live: Preferences → Plug-Ins → Rescan. Logic rescans on its own. No security warnings.
